Camelina has twice as much omega-3 oils as omega 6 oils which is a much healthier ratio than oils like olive, canola or sunflower seed that have higher amounts of omega-6 and is not genetically modified.
Hemp seeds are very nutritious. They are often referred to as hemp hearts. Hemp seeds contain over 30% fat. They are exceptionally rich in two essential fatty acids, omega-6 and omega-3.
